Welcome to juta8club, an online casino platform operating under the domain juta8club.com ("Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you as a user ("Player" or "Member") and juta8club ("we", "us", "the company") with respect to your use of all services provided through our Platform.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract under Malaysian law.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list imposed by any relevant authority.
• You are not experiencing uncontrolled gambling problems and have not been advised by family or a court to refrain from gambling activities.

Juta8club reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended or closed.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at juta8club. Owning more than one account, whether directly or through a family member using the same device or internet connection, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide your full name exactly as shown on your official Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport).
• Using a valid, active email address that you fully own.
• Provide an active Malaysian phone number for two-factor authentication (2FA) verification.
• Set a strong password using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Provide a valid Malaysian bank account or eWallet details for withdrawal purposes.

Juta8club reserves the right to verify all information provided during registration. A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of current address.

Juta8club accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM):

• Direct Transfer: DuitNow (QR and account transfer)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits exceeding RM5,000 per day may require additional verification from our finance team. All deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.

Juta8club is not liable for any delays caused by third-party technical disruptions, including banking system or eWallet outages. In such cases, please contact our support team with proof of payment and the matter will be resolved within 24 hours.

Players may request a withdrawal at any time, provided the following conditions are met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Your KYC verification is complete and your account has been fully verified.
• All wagering requirements associated with any bonuses received have been met in full.
• No active investigations or account freezes are currently in place.
• Your first withdrawal must go to the same account used for your deposit.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• eWallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): 1–4 hours
• DuitNow: 1–4 hours
• Bank Transfer (FPX): 4–24 hours (subject to bank operating hours)

The general conditions applicable to all juta8club bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus can only be claimed one time only per player, per household, per device, or per shared IP address.
• The wagering requirements for each bonus must be met within the specified timeframe — typically between 7 and 30 calendar days.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Certain games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while Baccarat and Roulette contribute between 10%–20%.

• In the event of a conflict between the in-platform game version and the provider's official rules, the game provider's official rules shall prevail.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are set by the game provider and may vary by time or special event.
• For live sports events such as Malaysia Super League or EPL matches, all accepted and confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player once the match has kicked off.

Juta8club expects all players to interact on the platform with respect and integrity. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Using offensive language, making threats, or harassing other players or juta8club support staff.

Juta8club reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and report it to the relevant authorities where necessary. Full cooperation from players during any investigation is expected and required.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the juta8club support team via live chat or email. All valid balances will be refunded following a review completed within 5 business days.

Juta8club reserves the right to close or suspend a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• False or misleading information provided during registration or the KYC process.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login.
• Self-requested account closure for responsible gaming reasons.

• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers.

Juta8club's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount (total deposits minus total withdrawals) within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
